Randall Fox is experienced in business, corporate law, real estate, land use and zoning law; estate planning and trust administration; and complex litigation. He has been with the firm since 1978 and is known for his strategic thinking, quality execution, and ability to get things done.
Fox has over 30 years of experience as an attorney with a client base that ranges from small start-up businesses, local businesses and nonprofit entities, to large corporations and the FDIC. He was an instructor in real estate law at Santa Barbara City College and a past panel attorney for the California Association of Realtors.
Community involvement has been a cornerstone of Fox’s career. He has served as a member of the Chancellor’s Council at the University of California Santa Barbara, a trustee and past Chairman of Laguna Blanca School, a director and past Chair of the Rehabilitation Institute at Santa Barbara, a past director of both the Santa Barbara and Goleta Valley Chamber of Commerce, a director at Zona Seca, and a trustee of the Santa Barbara Historical Museum.
Fox currently serves as a trustee of the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum and as a director at Exploring Solutions Past: The Maya Forest Alliance.
He is a graduate of Kent State University and Seattle University School of Law where he served on the Moot Court Advocacy Board. He is a past contributing author to the University of San Francisco Law Review.
